Born and raised in Ft. Worth, Texas, Nichole enjoyed reading books and watching nature shows on PBS in her youth and playing soccer in high school. While her mom advocated and instilled independence, Nichole’s dad, an Army veteran, stoked the fires of environmentalism by introducing her to the outside world with hunting and fishing. While completing a Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma in Environmental Policy, Nichole became smitten with travel by studying abroad in Spain then Vancouver Island in Canada. Next up was becoming a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic for 2 years introducing communities to the concept of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle to promote environmental awareness. After her return, Nichole worked with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality then decided to elevate her career by becoming an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) in the private sector with various manufacturing and service corporations. She earned an MBA along the way.

Nichole always had a life-long dream of owning a snow cone stand. She always remembered the visits with cousins to the lone snow cone stand in 1980 located in Forest Hill, Texas that always bought a smile to her face during one of the hottest summers on record at the time. While working in the EHS field, she decided to own not one, but two snow cone stands, with one being a mobile mini-house that she drove to daycares and a few events.

After realizing the snow cone dream to completion, Nichole decided to get out of the cold, confection field and EHS field to become a Realtor. Why a Realtor? Because when she purchased her current home, the house “gave” her a hug with all its warmth and comfort. She absolutely loves her house because it just fits her, including the negotiated furniture that was left inside; it just breathed that she found IT. She wants everyone to have that feeling when they finally find their dream home-- house speaks to you with its colors, its walls, and simply put, its aura. Nichole wants to guide you and stand next to you when you too find your home that gives you a hug!

When Nichole is not assisting and guiding clients in buying, purchasing, or leasing homes, she is practicing yoga, enjoying her backyard, reading her favorite magazine, Reader’s Digest and traveling with her extended family. She is also having adventures with her delightfully, precocious daughter. Life is blessed!
