A native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Tonya Hudson and her family moved to Arlington, TX shortly after obtaining her MBA in 2004. Her innate passion & desire has always been to help people, which naturally attracted her to the field of Human Resources. Following what she believed was her calling, she completed a second degree in 2012 in Human Resource Management. After years of finding her way along this path, Tonya felt like there has to be more that she could offer of herself. Tonya had always been intrigued by beautiful homes and with the surge of Real Estate/DIY reality shows, something sparked inside her. Real Estate had been a side interest, maybe something to do part time. So, in 2015, Tonya took a leap of faith, enrolled in a real estate course, passed the state exam, and became licensed as a realtor in the state of Texas. In June 2020, Tonya came onboard as a full-time realtor with Premium Realty Group. She specializes in the sale of new home constructions, residential home sales, and residential leases. Her area of expertise in the DFW lies within Arlington-Mansfield and surrounding areas. Tonya has a love and enthusiasm for helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. As a mom to one son (Ryan) and two daughters (Haylee and Rylee), Tonya is passionate about securing a loving home for families to grow up in.
